Ninat se hacerco a Dotty, para darle un poco de comida. Habian encontrado el cuerpo de un Ñu en el camino, habia caido despues de tantos dias. Aun era joven y estaba mal alimentado, por lo que fue dificil divivirlo para 8 pedazos, y aun asi Simba y Kovu tenian que comer la mayor parte.

Uka se encontraba haciendole compañia, pues ambas habian pertenecido a la manada de Zira tiempo atras.

-Tu eres mas fuerte que todo esto Dotty, no puedes darte por vencida, no despues de todo lo que has pasado- dijo Uka, tratando de animarla.

-Piensa en Ekon, aun es un cachorro que esta esperando a que su madre regrese, lucha por el cariño- dijo Ninat, dejandole un poco de carne al alcanze.

-Si...si Ekon. Es verdad..gracias Ninat- dijo Dotty, hablando por primera vez desde que dejaron a Lorey, pues una idea habia crecido en su cabeza.
