I was watching some of Pearl's old works and I wanted to draw something in the old big paw style with floating poses xD it was fun, lawlthis one is for sale aswell, if anyone is interesed please note me

I work in traditional media, I'm using Faber Castell Art Grip colour pencils, Faber Castell Polychromos colour pencils, Faber castell ecco pigment pens,Ecoline inks, Winsor&Newton inks and Koh-I-Noor pencils. and some random paper tho"

Oh I misses seeing the floating big pawed wolves of pearly to.And this one looks just incredible. I really love how you did his face especially, with the fangs sticking out and the overall werewolfish appeal it has.
When you do the coloring for the rest of the body so you crosshatch to get that textured effect, cause that is how it looks to me.

It's unbelievable, the pose is so interesting and powerful, every goddamn muscle and every piece of the wolf's anatomy is just mindblowing and don't even get me started on the fur and that flowing piece of fabric...
I just. Friggin died. That's all.

u see the hind legs?
on the one he has a good done calf. makes a nice long (almost human like) leg.
the other side (also nice, but more animal like) hasnt a calf.
i think he has to limp if he goes.
the rest is really awesome done
think i have to take more practice x'D

The calf muscles on wolves, or fantasy wolves, don't show up unless their leg is extended. Where the calf is on the bent leg is where the dark indentation and shadowing is. ^^

yea I cleaned up a bit but I can't really see this stuff on my screen >.< when I see my pictures on other people's screens I see all this stuff and it bothers me /; but cant really help it..

Lol I know what you mean. XD Sometimes my scanner really makes the smudgy areas on my pictures where I accidently smudged the picture stand out.
