Description
Thank you everybody, for watching my stream as I drew this cute little guy, inspired by the poll I did a while ago: you guys voted for me to draw a baby dragon, so here we are. I'm absolutely exhausted and this took far longer than it should have, because I was so nervous being recorded, I just kept messing around and couldn't really focus on much. It's much easier with you people chatting in the background, though.Anyways, thank you as always for watching. I'd appreciate any kind of feedback, even though this was just a *supposedly* quick doodle... which took over 3 hours... Streaming is hard being an introvert

Oh boy... The Lighting, the shading, and the light reflection are very well done. The shading I feel, is well spread among the wings, the sides of the head, and part of the tail. Giving it a good 3-D look to the image. The details in the eyes are very well done! I also like the surrounding shadow, and background. A very light hearted, cute, and innocent expression is good. I also like how you did the lighting on the scales and on the pupils. Another thing I like from the background is that it darkens as it reaches the edges, along with the few sparkles near the brighter part of the image. My over-all rating of this image is a solid 8/10!

U're welcome Having a look at your making-of atm - pretty cool
I noticed that color-wheel and gave it a quick try, too, but sadly there seems to be no third-party color picker that supports touch input Only the default one... On tablet screens with pen input (I'm using a Surface Pro 3) it's pretty nice to change colors with your thumb on-the-fly (at least for me) - no need for moving the stylus away from the canvas or to use shortcuts if you can use your entire screen with both pen and fingers
And Coolorus seems to have some really nice features, but it's a mess to use the stylus (or even a mouse
) to pick colors while using a tablet-pc, if your entire workflow is based on touch input without a single keystroke
That's not worth $15 for me Maybe you got any other advice for workflow-improvements in Photoshop?
Thanks in advance :3

Colorus was a gift, otherwise I wouldn't have touched it either. But I have to admit, now that I have it, I'm not sure I would be able to do without it - it's just marvelous. But let me see, workflow-improvements? I can't really think of any that doesn't require a keyboard. See, I've never gotten used to using the touch-wheel, I draw with stylus and use keyboard shortcuts, and that's it.

Thanks a lot for your response
I'm still testing things, plugins, gadgets and different workspace layouts to see what fits me most

That's why I'm used to Sketchbook, because of it's simplified and efficient interface But it lacks many features Photoshop has and since I pay for the photography bundle anyway, why shouldn't I use it for digital art, too?
Thank you, I'll come back to that
