Here's the template I used for my ponycube. I'm not sure if the print size is saved in the PNG, but if it prints at the wrong size, just set it to print at 10 pixels per millimeter. If I were to make any changes to the template, I would darken Twilight Sparkle's background a little bit; it is easy to mix it up with Pinkie Pie's when solving.

To assemble your own cube, first remove the stickers on the cube that you wish to ponify. Since there was some residue remaining after I removed the stickers, I cleaned the sides with a little bit of rubbing alcohol.

After that, print out the template. If it worked correctly, each square should be 5.5 cm long. Take the printed template and coat it with a sheet of laminate. I used Fellowes Laminating Sheets to get a shiny, protective coating. If any small bubbles remain on the paper, take a small pin and pop it while smoothing it out.

Finally, you will have to cut out and attach the stickers to the cube. Definitely use a sharp blade and metal ruler to get the cleanest cuts. I used Scotch Permanent double-sided tape to attach them, although sticker paper may work better.
