Our little corner of the Milky Way galaxy is home to a number of spacefaring species. Despite their vast differences, this diverse collection of sentient beings has come together to form a surprisingly peaceful galactic community…

Squeem: Diminutive, hermaphroditic, amphibious; highly sociable and gregarious; heavily involved in galactic diplomacy and exploration.

Humans: Recent arrivals on the galactic scene; ambitious, but reckless; more prone to tinkering with their genetics than other species, resulting in many specialized subspecies.

Krinn: Fragile, skittish, vaguely avian-like; vehemently pacifistic and lack the capacity for large-scale violence; fabulously wealthy due to their dominance of galactic trade and commerce.

Luu’Ark: Slow, ponderous, long-lived mammaloids from a high-gravity world; communicate mostly via electroreception; “arms” are actually versatile feeding appendages.

Blorff: Hulking, white-furred, caterpillar-like; high-tech merchants and traders; symbiotic relationship with the Ch’aa, who live in their fur.

Flrrrg: Enigmatic, tentacled furballs; highly advanced; rarely interact with other species, except to occasionally trade information and tech.
