Just some Robots in Disguise fan art done to teach myself how to use Illustrator... So I probably did everything the long way around, lol!The image used as reference is copyright to Robots in Disguise . RID are an awesome electro-dance/punk band. Check them out!

erm,, this is going to sound odd but what is illistrator ? do you have to buy it ?

It's an Adobe vector graphics programme, basically - it's great for clean lines, but there are also artists (Limkis, for example) who manage to use it to great painterly effect - though I have no idea how! And, yes, you do have to buy it, and it can be quite expensive :/

Lol, thanks a lot for the comment and fave. Glad you liked it. I'm planning to rework Sue's hair soon as it's not as squiffy as Dee's, so I didn't want her to feel left out

I was wondering when someone would get around to vectoring this image. I love the Robots and I've been teaching myself to use the pen tool in Illustrator recently, but I've not managed to vector a full photo yet, so this is quite an inspiration
Their hair and skin looks almost like plastic, it's really neat. And I love that you added your own touch to the image by adding the swirls in the hair
