Description
I would like to present, the impressive sleek and deadly Phazon Suit... still with the same Achilles Heel. Oh dear. How will she hope to get out of this one? I suppose we should watch and find out.The classic varia as well as gravity can be found in the links below.
Long story short, I figured out a new trick to change layer colors, allowing me to change the shade and luminosity layers to better compliment the suit alts. No more orange tint on the gravity suit! With that, I finally did something I've been itching to do for ages... tickle Samus in her epic Phazon colors.
Har har! I was so happy with the succesful palette swaps I had to place this one as the main. 
After all, the black and silver is quite eye-catching. I am on quite the Samus high... I find myself digging through old stacks and finishing or redrawing old pictures. Ha ha, I guess I know what I'll be doing until the release of Metroid Prime 4. Consider this my own way of counting down the days... with laughter and love... ahhhh. Phazon

I am so glad you love this one! Be sure to indulge yourself with it's numerous alts, think of it like an in-game trap that she keeps falling into. Even with her ever impressive suit upgrades, it doesn't spare her the humiliation from a tickle trap!

Oh hell yeah! It's as though the tentacles really have a fixation for Samus's feet! Needing to squirm into her boots and get as much sole food as it desires. Ha, poor Samus.

I was never into Samus Aran, but I love the feet close ups. The stirrups and tentacles look great. I really like how the tentacles tease those lovely feet and play with the stirrups. And the slimeyness/wetness is also very cool XD

Now that is an inventive way to torture her! I didn't know much about the Prime games since I never got to play them but after reading up on it, this would make sense as some weird extra ability to have. Naturally as her downfall in this case
Good job figuring out the layer trick. Its a pain in the ass at times to organise them all without causing annoying cross-overs or ruining the effect you're trying to go for :/ Well done you doing such justice to the armor itself, especially with the alts and how shiny they all are :3 Seeing the hunter's feet multiplied like this is a glorious thing to behold~

Ha ha ha! It's quite charming to think of this as retreading familiar ground while exploring the maze-like maps in the series... and to think of Samus falling into the same trap as she's back-tracking to open new doors she couldn't before. Ah Samus!

Thats quite the ambition but I appreciate what you're doing, you always do the suit :3 As much as Zero-Suit Samus is cool, you put the work into the massive suits and there's something so much more vulnerable how the suits still don't save her from ticklish doom ;D You're paying homage to how she appealed to us in the first place, but still playing to her cuteness in these kinda situations
I doubt Nintendo would be monitoring this conversation for tips, but we can dream~

Well that's the allure of a good tickling picture.
I usually use layer modes luminosity for lighting and shade for shading. I usually just grab the same color as base to create that lighting or shade, hence my comment on an orange tint on my older gravity suit picture.
Compare that with the current Gravity suit, you'll notice this one has a warmer tint to it. While it's at least do-able for gravity's purple, it was awful for phazon's black and silver. Which is why we never saw it before. How I changed that, I found an option to change the layer's hue & saturation, played with it and got the shades I needed without having to actually re-do it.
