I hope you can recognise them, but to make everything clear;
Sherlock is the dragon
Mycroft is the guy with the umbrella (but that's so obviously obvious)
Lestrade is a knight now. The Silver Knight, I guess.
And John is of course a hobbit.

I thought that the looking glass and the 3 nicotine patches were quite nice details...
