Its unfortunate that I couldn't jam all the characters into one illustration (for technical and time-saving reasons xP) but when narrowing it down to four I like to think Mario, Kirby, Pikachu and Link are the Nintendo staple boys.You've got the original plumber mascot, the pink side-scroller alternative, the giant Japanese parent-money-eating franchise, and the only pretty-boy-RPG that Nintendo has ever done right.
Anywho, SSB games are probably the best fighters ever concieved. There are "classics" like Street Fighter, KOF, Tekken etc. But in my opinion, nothing is quite as innovative and fun as the SSB franchise in the genre.
Mario, Kirby, Pikachu and Link belong to Nintendo

My favorites are Samus (Zero Suit really, she's fast), Link, Ike, and... Who else did I like? I don't remember, I haven't played it for a month or two. Ganondorf is pretty cool. I like how he can just walk up to someone and give them the boot.
The only quirk I have about this picture is that the stage seems a little small. Other than that it's pretty cool. I'm in one of those moods where I can't point out any specifics as to why I like it, but I do.

this picture is really tight cuz i feel like it portrays things from the character's point of view, which would probably be much more serious than that of the players haha.

OMG this is awesome! Mostly because these are the ones I use most in the smash series and have been there in the 3 games! (I use Yoshi too.) And not only is Link the only RPG pretty boy of Nintendo etc, but he goes out of ordinary and is left handed, which is even more awesome!
I would share friend codes, but I don't really play much, so it'll only take space in our lists...
