A collage I threw together of SIN [link] , featuring a page from each of the 20 chapters out so far!I call it "a work in progress" because, well, it really is. If you can't tell, the art/style/quality kind of jumps all over the place before settling down near the end. (Can you believe I started this thing in 2006?)
I'm starting to get comfortable with where I'm at, probably need to work more on set pieces, environments and actually using textures. Hahaha.

Nah, just the first couple of Chapters I think... here's a rough timeline for Volume 1.
Chapter 1-2: 2006
Chapter 3,4,5: 2009
Chapter 6,7,8,9: 2010

Is the reason Volume 1 is so spaced out because it took you longer to make chapters then or because you just weren't as devoted?

You can say I wasn't as devoted. Those early chapters were just me playing around whenever I had free time during my first years of College, after finding sponsorship from MM.net I put more time into it. Subsequently when I got a "raise" more effort was put in as well. :]

Curiously, I think I prefer the work at his middle, with less thin inkings. It seems me more consistent, you feels the characters better, like if they are more solid – you can touch them. I prefer, specially, your artwork from the page five until eleven ("the system was broken!"). You work are always well done, but I miss some kind of presence with fine lines.

i really love your comic but i really think that you should work harder on the environments sometimes it's a bit underwhelming when placed together with the awesome characters and all
