Steven Universe actually reminds me of the original Tenchi-Muyo! in an odd, but good, way. Minus all the stupid harem crap that totally ruined the latter, of course.

Whoaa! I love how you have lion looking sort of like a mix between the final design and original designs! Lion looks very powerful and graceful and beautiful! Everything about this has so much movement and is so beautiful- Garnet looks so amazing, especially with the foreshortening, Amethyst looks so animated, and Pearl looks so determined, and I love the placement of where they all are. Somehow it warms my heart seeing Pearl next to Steven, charging into battle, because it looks sort of like a 'i'm-watching-over-you-but-let's-beat-'em-up' type thing! The way you have her holding her spear is very cool, too! And Steven looks so cute and intense, the way you drew his hair is unique, too!
