I was inspired to draw this after seeing the new episode of My little pony.I don't know why but I've always wanted to draw creatures if they were human. When I did Spike I tried to still make it look like Lauren's faust art style. So I gave him the oval shaped eyes.
And Peewee his pet Phoenix (honestly I feel he should return him to his parents) And is it me? or does peewee look like "Woodstock" (From Peanuts) crossed with a chocobo?

Honestly I thought it'd be better looking if Peewee was still a Phoenix.

A lot of folks have compared Peewee to Woodstock from "Peanuts" and a Chocobo. Even if we don't see Peewee anymore this season, I hope we see him again later. As far as returning the phoenix back to the parents, I really doubt it would work out, after what happened. Also, had Spike returned the unhatched egg near where it once was located, those dragons would have tried to smash that egg. He didn't have the opportunity to do so, anyway, since he and three ponies that accompanied him were in danger.
