My first tutorial~! 8DBlinking tutorial I made for my friend, thought I might as well post it up :3
For animation in Adobe Photoshop and ImageReady
I use CS2, don't know if it works the same in other versions P:

cool but does it have to be on photoshop?can you use a diffrant softwear.if not do you know how much photoshop is?

I'm not really sure sorry :3 I've only ever used imageready for animating. But there are plenty other tutorials around for other programs like Flash etc
And sorry I get photoshop from my school so I'm not really sure on the cost >w<

Do you know to rotate an image in this program? Like mirroring it?

Go into Edit -> Transform and there's a bunch of options there to flip or rotate it.
Or you can Free Transform and rotate it manually :3
