oh wow i watched that and it actually helped meh!! Thanks because using pencil-animation was really hard on me. Its a really really great animation program, but there is no good way to export it accept for inmporting frame by frame into ms paint and then it still makes each frame a different size so it just becomes a train wreck!!

Then save the individual layers as GIFs and animate them in a different program.

Cool, it looked like a photoshop animation but I wasn't sure, so good job! Have you ever used that to make an icon? It's pretty easy.
