i thought i was being clever at the time really. anyways this based off a bit where i thought sometimes if russia gets pouty, england(usually drunk at this pint too) starts makin fun of him like
*wraps jumper arounds neck to imitate scarf*
"eugh-Im Ivan Braginski, I like to mope around and drink away my problems-eugh" while also doing a terrible russian accent. then ends up falling down the stairs, in his drunken stupor.
