Hey! It's been a hot minute since I released my original free lineart for pancans back in 2016 and it BADLY needed updating... So here's the new base! As per the last base, it is pay to use, but has no minimum; so technically, it is FREE TO USE!!

All I ask is that you follow the Pancan Rules as well as my own rules for the base!
