Advice: You can't do the followeye effect with a already made dance motion.
Example: You have the "Love and Joy" dance motion while Followeye effect is in use, it won't work from what I've seen. If anyone actually knows how to fix it, please let me know ^^ (end advice note)

Following Eyes Effect for MikuMikuDance
This effect was hard to figure out, from the nico nico douga tutorial, it was in Japanese.
So for those, who don't understand lick of Japanese, and want this epic effect to work on their models without using PMX!
I made this simple, worth it tutorial, because I know some need the help on this effect, Not one tutorial is up in ENGLISH and IN VIDEO so why not?
