Part 3/3 of round 3.
Okay, I noticed a few typos... like "thos (those) seals" and the last letter of 'television' dissapearing ... <_< meh whatevah' ... dun dun duuuun ~ Apparently we are in before an awesome dragon power chick fight! Just like what Tia could use now ~
Also I thought I'd give a little love to her previous opponents and show that they DID survive their respective rounds with her and are about to get better at the local tourny hospital while following the round 3 matches by watching a magic orb. They deserve this 'shout out' and also they are a great comical relief to this more serious battle
As a side note, the dragon seen on the last page is not really there, it just indicates that Tia is getting fired up for the match ~

Ahhhhh lmao, keeping us to the last page to see a dose of humor XD Tia's really lucked out last two rounds to get an otaku and a pervert! XD It's really cool how this round turned out, but I was kind of disappointed at how short it was compared to your last rounds, so like Draco said, it really cut down on area/time to show more action. ; v ; Though for what you DID complete and present, it's pretty effective in telling enough of the story, but not giving a ton away. ;D I just wish I could see the full battle; it'd really be one I'd pay to see in the arena (almost as much as I'd pay to see Tia against Mir) XD
But what I do like is how cleanly you traditionally line; that's pencil, right? How exactly do you keep them so clean? QvQ The only problem with that method though was that it cut down some details like the dragon behind Tia in that panel; I had to double take to figure out what it was.
And I know it's a minor detail sort of, but I couldn't help but notice your expressions and body language are really nicely done; each character is expressive in their own way, and it was effective (including Tia's 'fans' XD)!

Well it happens...i had to clean my pictures around 5-10 times since i dont have a tablet and absolutely cant draw with my mouse XD so anytime i wanted to change something i had to draw it with hand and re scan XD Mhhh i would say in this situation her amazing power is indeed her cleavage XDD

that could help^^ in my case its simply that i have to turn my scanner to max scanning to see my lines but at the same time it scans every stain on dirt, erased line and such as well -.-

Well, you know the drill. I'll skip the formalities and get right to it.
Creativity: Well... I find myself somewhat... surprised. Mainly due to the fact that it was so short. You didn't really give yourself much of a chance to get creative with it because there's not much of the fight there. I recalled you mentioning wanting a serious opponent so you could let Tia go nuts, but... seems like you passed up on that opportunity. So there wasn't really a lot of room for you to get creative. But what you did have was fairly good... playing up on the Dragon vs. Dragon aspect of it was a nice touch. Just would've liked to see you do a little more with it.
Effort: Well, probably the strongest point of the comic, as per usual. You certainly have a knack for managing to do surprisingly clean lining considering it's all done traditionally with pencil. And I find myself liking the level of detail on the 2 times when the dragon image appears. Though... it does seem like you have a lot more white space as compared to R2. Though upon further inspection, it would appear that it's simply because you've got larger panels compared to last time; the amount of BG/effects used is roughly the same. So eh, can't really fault you for that. Overall though, did seem like you were putting an effort into increasing the level of detail, and that's worthy of note.
Impact: ...Again, surprised that you didn't do more with this. I'm assuming it's because you were busy, but... I feel like this had less of an impact on me than either of your first two comics. This really left me hungry for more, because I feel like I didn't get enough... it felt more like an intro than the fight itself. 2/3 of it is just an exchange of words before the fight ever starts, and only one attack actually gets used during the fight. Judging what is there though, it does have a nice buildup to what could be an epic matchup... But it was just the buildup. And the cameo at the end did get a laugh out of me. Overall... I'm trying to be honest, not mean or anything, but... this honestly feels like you took a step backwards. It just did not have the effect that your previous entries did, and I don't mean that because of the fact that there is an absence of a perverted opponent. Just felt like the intro to the fight rather than the fight itself.
So yeah... I apologize if it seemed harsh, but I've always been one to give honest feedback. And that's just what I'm doing now.

Oh no it's okay. The thing is I had so much ideas but not as much freetime... and this 'short' comic is actually 9 pages and by the end of the 9th I was like 'daaaaamn whatever let's end it here <_<' so yeah, it's my fault...
Maybe it's a step backwards because I am used to more funny comics, but now that it got serious and I ran out of time this is all I could squeeze out. Glad you liked the cameo and the effort though c: Thanks for the rating ~

Well, to be fair, lack of time and/or rushing has pretty much been the #1 problem in this tournament. It happens, and it's unfortunate. But can't really consider that in the judging, or it'd be taking personal, confounding variables into the equation. Gotta keep this the same for everyone, so can't really consider the amount of free time available. Oh well.
But still, despite the lack of free time, you did manage to at least do this, and get it turned in before the deadline, so there's no shame in that. It certainly beats not submitting, and we have had a few people drop out due to not submitting, so... Yeah. You can at least be proud that you were able to do what you could with the time that you did have.
