Did you use a reference for the pose? I think your issue is with the head. It's a bit too large for the body, and should sit slightly lower on the neck for that position. Unfortunately that might mean part of her face would naturally be covered by the front arm, so a few things would need to be shuffled to make it work.

Yes, I used one of those japanese pose file poses for her, and the model was laying down, so it was a bit of a struggle to get it to work, my biggest grief with it was her lower body, I think her legs should've been back a bit further to make the pose a bit more dynamic. I need to review the piece to see what you mean about her head, but I am always drawing teh heads too big so you are probably right.
