Thank you! Yes, I made myself this shoe, for the manufacture of tights that needed half thin and light, and the other half is dark and very dense. You should carefully make holes for the heel secure it to the tights do not lose shape. Then need to put their shoes on and sticking to the sole of dense tissue (eg skin) to avoid steranes. Done!
