Certainly an interesting and well executed concept, although there are a few design points that I find slightly questionable.
Firstly, if the weapon is venting gas from firing rearward, wouldn't that lead to having your upper arm burnt by high temperature gas?
Secondly, on an aesthetic note, I feel that the body could use a more muted color tone, or possibly a tiger stripe camouflage pattern to better break up the solid areas of the body.
Just a few quick suggestions, besides these few points I think that the design does show a very nice level of technical modeling skill.
On a positive note, the background logos and text do add a lot to the design sheet.

Thanks for your comments! The idea behind the vents is that they vent the gas away from the body from either the left side or the right side. I admit though that the concept has not been perfected and this is an area I may give some attention to.
As for the logos and designs - I do graphic design as a profession so I am glad they are up to standard!
