this map came from a joke I made in a previous map, in which I made Wales an equivalent to Delaware, and called it Delawales. I liked the idea of Delawales a lot, and so I made an independent nation with the same name. Basically, it was a specific colony created for Welsh people to come and live in. Welsh would be the majority language spoken here.
