Oh absolutely! And I really liked the dynamics between the characters too. Ya know, Aang being all supportive immediately, Toph punching people at the slightest sign of emotion, and Sokka not really approving but helping anyway because he loves his little sister.... it was all just SO GOOD.
And KATARA omfg. Perfect lady is perfect. They are at war against the Fire Nation, but she wants to help the village anyway, because she can't stand to see ANYONE suffer.
(Sorry about the rant... I just have a lot of feelings about this episode.)

No need to apologize, I just LOVE Katara. Like she was just perfecto in this episode. It reall shins on her on who she really is and shows how they all work together as a family. Like you said when Sokka didn't really approve but he does it anyway because she is his little sister and he need to be there for her. He doesn't care if she is a master waterbender, he stills needs to ensure she is ok. And Katara is shown not just as a mother figure but a fighter, it shows how many dimensions she has and that she won't let anyone get away with unethical things to people.

I completely understand loving Katara. Lets face it, I have an avatar blog on tumblr called "legendofkatara". I have officially reached the point of no return, and I have no regrets.
Katara's character was just so REAL to me. She wasn't always perfect, she had some bad moments. But overall she tries to be the best person she can be, and she tries to help as many people as possible. And that REALLY shows in this episode.

It's one of my all time favourite episodes!! Katara's just so wonderful, and Aang is all for helping her destroy a factory. And Sokka doesn't approve but he's gonna help his baby sister anyway....yeah. I just really love it.
