And the lighting, just a normal side table lamp, the background was black, but not crisp, so duplicated the layer and overlayed it to clear the shot up and make it more crisp

I love your placement of the friut, very excellent use of negative space. I wish the paicture was sharper though, it looks wonderfully clear in the preview but in full view its a little overexposed and the clarity is gone. I love however that you used black as opposed to white(as most I think would) it really darkens the fruit.
