Description Not a Pokemon transformation like the last pic, but a Pokemon anyhow. xP

But here's the Genetic Pokemon himself, once escaped from Giovanni, and alone in his domain of Cerulean Cave.

I was inspired to make this after a lucky shot with him in Soul Silver, and all it took was Togetic, Feraligatr, and a Dusk Ball. ... Now why couldn't I have been as fortunate with Ho-Oh and Suicune?

Mewtwo was about as fun to draw as Charizard. He would be my second favorite legendary behind Lugia.
