But seriously, it's really nice! I like the version with blurred background more, it's... well, softer ^ ^ (Just why is there that white glow around her in blurred version?)
Also really love the contrast between her dark skin and that soft pink

The title is an inside joke shared between me and the chara's owner hahaha, but yes the drawing itself is meant to be nice and chill
I'm glad you think so! The without blur version is there to show what's actually drawn in the back in case you are curious. (And white glow makes her pop out even more from the background)
