LOOK AT ALL THAT GREEN, GOD RIP PAINT SOMETHING RED OR BLUE OR EARTHTONES FOR ONCE. Also I apparently have a weird art fetish for drawing wires and metal with green lights. whatever.

Awesome futuristic feel, love the way he's not even looking at the mixer. Great bunch of details, shame you can't actually compose music like this, if it was possible, I'd wire myself into the laptop

The colors all remind me of Mintabie Jelly Opal, so you could say it is an earth tone (that stuff does come out of the ground). A great palette either way.
And damn, wires have become something entirely different for me now too, so I feel you on that. Great Job!

Looking back on it, my logic for this was vague. You're right, it is a gemstone, so it would count as a jeweltone. But since you were trying to meet your status quo on something other than all green, I thought I'd slap gem-fufu into all earth-fufu and say that you did what you set out to do!
I think I made it more confusing just now sorry about that. Still a great piece.

oh man that's EXACTLY why I added the flags, I wanted the scale to REALLY come across. I've always wanted to paint something with a BIG sense of space. Haven't QUITE nailed it but this is a huge step for me.
