Description
074. - Celestione(Celestial + Stone)
The Stone Angel Pokemon
Type: Rock/Flying
Abilities: Serene Grace, Rock Solid*
Gender Ratio: (M)0% (F)100%
Height: 6'01"
Weight: 207.7 lbs
Evolves From: Seravel [When traded with a Dragoyle while holding a Stone Feather]
Dex Entry:
As if Seravel's behavior wasn't creepy and unsettling enough, Celestione continues this behavior, and even amps up the creepy factor ! Much like its' pre-evolution, Celestione has been seen simply staring at people and Pokemon, never moving a single inch until a person's back is turned. It too covers its' face and looks as though it is weeping. At night, what sounds like a young adult woman crying, can be heard around the areas where these Pokemon reside. Celestione will make this sound to draw people close to them, but once disturbed, will lash out angrily with their normally sad looking face turned to a fearsome looking scowl ! This face is absolutely terrifying, and is only ever seen when a Celestione is angered or startled. Otherwise they are surprisingly peaceful, if not somewhat disturbing Pokemon.

New Ability:
*Rock Solid - Reduces super effective damage to Rock Type Pokémon by 50%
---
New Evolution Item:
Stone Feather - It's a thin rock, resembling a Flying Type Pokemon's feather. It seems to be imbued with great power and is loved by a certain Pokemon.
---
Fun Fact:
- Seravel and Celestione are inspired by and based on the Weeping Angels from the Doctor Who series. I don't watch the show, but a friend recommended using the Weeping Angel idea for this Pokemon. It is also inspired by stone statues resembling angels, so one way or the other, the angel aesthetic was going to happen.
- Celestione's crying and lashing out behavior could be seen as a reference to the Witch from the Left 4 Dead Series.
