Just to tell you people, I AM gonna color this
I just know it'll take a while and I dont feel like getting to it yet.Well I've always LOVED mermaids... And recently I've been listening to The Little Mermaid soundtrack a LOT. When I hear Ariel singing to Eric I picture me (Arielle XD ironic, no?) singing it to Raphael.... Cuz I lurve him, and I want to be part of his world. I was originally gonna make it like the movie... Raph unconscious on the beach and me as a mermaid singing to him... But I suck at drawing the turtles in general and drawing them lying down didnt sound glamorous. So I made it look almost like a "Tales of the TMNT" cover sort of picture. Hey they have some pretty random events in those comics
it could happen.Raphie just looks shocked cuz he was just swimmin' along and suddenly holy shell a mermaid. You'd be surprised too
The mermaid is (c) to me cuz well... It's me. Only skinnier. Cuz swimming around all the time and having no junk food would make me that skinny.

Man, I remember those days...when the 2 franchises came out roughly at the same time in the 80's. At the time, boys were ashamed to have admitted that they watched The Little Mermaid (and even in the military, they accuse one of being gay if one has the video; I have it because I have a soon-to-be-wife who loves the movie)
Even since the movie first came out nearly 20 years ago, I imagined what a Ninja Turtle/Little Mermaid cross-over would look like (I have no idea why Michaelangelo was the central Turtle in my 80's daydream, Raphael was always my favorite...) Raphael really does need the treatment, since he's always the angry, dark, bitter of the 4, and who knows, maybe he might find his inner peace with a Mermaid...

No, sadly I dont have any story for it XD I got nothing that goes along with it but meaningless daydreams.
I'm actually incredibly surprised people have actually pictured such a crossover... It's never EVER crossed my mind besides around when I drew the pic. Go figure, huh? O_o

I came up with a starting plot: Raphael was sent out , per orders of Master Splinter, to find his inner peace, due to his inability to work at times with his brothers, especially Leonardo. He's not to return back to his family until he finds a way to control his defiant nature, and finds that inner peace when he visits Atlantica, centuries after Ariel left for the human world.

Lesseee.... I cant draw turtle legs, my turtles all look like they're on steroids, the heads are always uneaven, the shells are always off.... I was just lucky with this one XD
