Been meaning 2 do an old skool samurai 4 ages....so here it is! Colouring B/G at teh moment.Full view ....loadsa detail!!

Wicked. Really nice touch with the blood on his hands, but none on his sword? Interesting. He must be very devout about keeping his blade from rusting.
Okay, I hate the play the role of Captain Bringdown and the Buzzkillers here, but he's not gonna sneak up on alot of people unnoticed glowing all green like that...it's a squinch bit noticable.

well, samurais ARE very unconditionnal about removing any blood spills from the blade. It has to be clean clean clean clean xD Hence the little wiping move with the fingers before sheeting it.

Thx, i seem 2 have trouble picking colours at first so i pick similar colours and usually 1 contrast colour, just 2 break it up! But in using less colours it makes teh pictures look better, i think. I like ur rainbow idea...ill have 2 try that out, thx!

Mostly I said that because having the sphere down there draws attention downward and not toward the chest and face, where you put the most detail at. By putting it in the center, people's eyes are free to wander throughout the art and aren't stuck at the bottom.
Or maybe that's my 1 semester of art class talking.
