your not crazy, i did resubmit more tightly cropped but then i decided i didnt like the crop so i deleted it. i will try again soon i think!! this time i wont submit untill im sure i like it.

really nice... now what I think would be really great, aswell as moving the modal closer, have the rest of the people to stand still too... or haev no one in the background. altho, I understand how that would be just alittle tricky

Great photo, though the expression/pose of your model would be better, if there was more movement...
and the contrast is not high enough I think... at least in my opinion. everything's just a bit too grey, a nice yellow layed over it would spread a more subway likely feeling I guess. Keep on

The photo is quite good. The stillness of the model against the blur of the train first caught my eye.
After a more careful look I think that the pose of the model is to stiff. She might loosen a bit so the photo would seem more natural. And loosen her hair. The movement of the air caused by the train would give motion to it, making the photo more dynamic... I think!

well read!! she was kinda stiff because she was a little scared, she didnt like being so close to the train. I have some other shots where the train is coming into the station and in those she looks really worried. thanks for your thoughts

i am really liking this photograph a lot...the concept, the pose, the train, etc. only thing i would suggest is upping the color contrast or doing some color tweaks in photoshop so that it isn't quite so flat looking. right now the lighting and image in general is flat...no real definate white/black. love the shot though.

Interesting shot, and good concept. Perhaps a tad bit underexposed. Maybe the darker side of the model's face would have been a good spot to meter for, and have her stand between the camera and the bright number 4, which, I think, detracts somewhat from the subject.

yeah, i see what you mean about the #4 but Alice liked it so i left it in. i didnt have a meter so i was working with trial and error.

Very nice, I like the stillness of your model against the rush of the Ghost train. It would still work with the model more tightly cropped. Great image
