I like the long shutter speed, but the towers either side look a little out of place? Nice spots of colour from those buildings near the back, overall a very cool picture.
As for billy, he may have no mates but he has a few bright ideas

i should say, on the full res version of this pic you can clearly see into the rooms on the buildings framing the shot.
for me it makes it intriguing... voyeristic

its the 15mm fisheye from canon, its a great lens, heaps sharp and you can get some really cool effects!
