This is the first of hopefully many open base edit collaboration that I will be uploading here.

Those of you who come here often will know that Frazzle, my main OC and mascot is the earth pony mare to the left. This is a collab designed for a female character, but you are welcome to edit the blank character however you see fit. Please do not edit Frazzle if at all possible.
