The jagged line symbolizes the struggles, in contrast to the circle, which is the desire to feel "round" and balanced.
With "flow" I mean painting without rules and without thinking about quality or something.

I find a lot of times the best art comes from going with flow 
I took a drawing class on botannical illustration. For that type of art you have to be very exact and scientific. While I was good at it, the whole time I spent making sure everything was exact, I just wanted to put the pencil to the paper and just draw. I feel a lot better when I just paint compared to that. The end result may not be perfect, but I feel a lot more free.

I think so too. But it's an advantage to be able to draw realistic and to build up a "visual library" by practicing (even though I'm too lazy to do that most of the time 
The problem I have with my paintings in this style is, that can't really tell if they are good or not. I mean, this one has only about 100 views and another one had more than 1000 in one day and I have no idea why.

Touche. It definitely does help. I do try to get my lazy butt to practice as well for the same reasons. But now it's more sketches and studies than a scientific approach.
Funny thing about views is, it isn't always about a picture being better or worse. It could be other factors such as when you posted it (date or time of day) or just the subject matter. I get confused sometimes as well XD. I just try to improve and hope for the best
