I draw with fountain pen and scan the things, than turn them b/w using GIMP and maybe change some more colors if I feel like it (:

I thought you draw them with a tablet, because they are in "Digital Art".
GIMP has filters and layers. Just take a closer look.

I know it has, but I've got no idea how to use it. My layers always stick together and become one layer and I can't find filters I like (sorry for complaining this much)
