You should have used the V-22 Osprey as the alt-mode because Obsidian has two rotors

I normally don't like the Live action Movie designs because their a bit ostentatious, but I got to say this is real creative and inspiring. He looks like the original character and has a lot of aesthetics to his design. Same with your Strika. Good Job.

You have no idea how much I want to see this in a movie. The Apache is my favorite military vehicle ever and seeing one of my favorite Transformers ever as one is AWESOME. I love how you incorporated his Beast Machines design into it. ^__^

One of my best friends had a request for me to draw an Apache Decepticon, so I did. Later on I decided to call him Obsidian, and you've given your view of Obsidian the Apache as the alt mode too! Coincidence!
There is a difference, though. I drew the rotor as the leg-thingy.

Amazing... I love how he doesn't have a humaniod form. It makes him look much more sinister and predatory. It could totally fit into TF3 if they follow TF2s design of making non-humanoid TFs.

only one thing doesnt make sense to me... the helicopter blades are still basically in the same spot.
Besides that, this is really great to see. Are we going to see some kind of combined mode for the core group?

Yeah, the idea is that the helicopter blades form as the primary form of levitation while the thrusters help support him and steer. He can just use the thrusters, but it's rather energy consuming.
And nah, Bruticus is more of a legend thing they have going, because they can "strike as one".
