Both Fifi and Bimbette know (from experience) that any torture they could do would not be half as destructive to Johnny's male ego as a romantic encounter with Pepe LePew.
A simple phone call about a "new girl in town" and Pepe is there in a flash and the chase is on.
Johnny Pew is going to be sorry he ever tried to two-time the girls (and even sorrier he chose high heels for his disguise.)
And all it took was a phone call.
Oh, and some Acme Wacky Glue in Johnny's mask.
