Hello, you had asked the question 'Can your stock been used to make free premade backgrounds ?' , and Yes, you are welcome to use them for making free or commercial premade backgrounds. My homepage has the terms of use but basically as long as you modify them so they become part of your art and don't redistribute them as-is, you can use them as you like. BTW, I absolutely *love your art - it is Gorgeous!! Have a Great day.
