Description
Okay, I have wanting to do one of these for a while now so here goes.Please keep in mind, this is how I draw keronians and their proportions may vary due to your personal preferences, character, or drawing style.
You want to practice drawing spheres. Not just circles. You really need to have an understanding for a three dimensional sphere and the way it looks at different angles. To practice you could take a ball (tennis, bouncy, whatever) and draw a keronian face on it.
The main thing to keep in mind is your "equator" line. When a Keronian is looking up this line will form a frown, when looking down it will for a smile.
The body is a pear with a pointy butt. Small at the "neck" (they don't really have one) and round in the front. The back has a slope to it which comes in a little at the small of the back then comes to a point at the "butt nub". The tadpole is the same but has a little extended nub with a paddle like tail. Some people draw the tail more round, but I decided the paddle shape is more interesting to draw.
The arms and legs can be easy if you keep in mind this simple rule: The arms start out smallest at the shoulder and are thickest at the wrist (once again they don't really have them). And the legs start thickest at the hip/thigh and shrink to almost non existent at the "ankles".
Arms= small to big
Legs= big to small
Their limbs when relaxed are reasonably the same length as shown.
Arm=leg.
However their arms are shown to be resiliently stretchy and can be almost any length depending on the position (over the head or a salute makes them longer).
The hands are easy because you can add as much or as little detail as you want. If you are still practicing keep the hands basic. Mittens are cute. You can always come back and work on these later. I like to draw the fingers as short and round as possible, because they are cutest that way. You might also consider less detail and more chub when drawing tadpoles.
The feet can be drawn rounded or pointy. I prefer rounded and as small as possible.
I hope this has been helpful. If you have any further questions or would like some help with something specific, please leave a comment and I would be glad to help. ^__^

Rabbittut's guide to drawing frog ass. I also agree on giving them more clearly drawn fingers, since Keronian hands are basically little pudgy baby hands. `w`
