This here is a concept piece. Me my wife and a couple friends are going to ren-fair this year in costume. So this is my first attempt at a suit of armor design. I took the stock image and painted on top of it, I'll probably have several of these soon and move them to scraps before too long.

What do you think? I was going for a bit of an orient feel with a touch of western. The Lamellar armor is a bit larger of a plate than standard but I figure it will cut down on make time and gives it a different look. The 'gauntlets' are a variation of clam shell gauntlets. The pants wont be jeans but I didn't feel like altering that part of the pic. Oh and my hair is long and brown, not short and blond.

This will be made from a cut up and heat formed 55 gallon plastic drum. Since it's white I will dye it dark red and distress it accordingly.

Suggestions and critique more than welcome!!
