This is a Secret Santa gift for . This is her dragon character, Lord Greyscale. What caught my attention on this guy's ref sheet is that he has "flaming shadow hair". Love it!
Yes, Secret Santa. No, don't you tell me it's MARCH now. I know that! This is a *make up* gift for RusCSI because her original partner was unable to complete her end of the trade. We at RealmOfTheDragon didn't want anyone to get left out, so I volunteered to do one of the make-up gifts.

Really loving the work put into the Dragon's anatomy and body posture here!. The light and shadows, along with the bright and vibrant colours here. Are also quite a sight as well, very well done!

Thanks very much! This was an interesting dragon to draw. I haven't done a plain-colored dragon in a very long time - usually they are all covered with patterns and color! That made this dragon rather fun, but I did have to pay close attention to the balance of color and value on his pale hide.

I love the joy on his face. And you know, when you see people this happy, you know they're up to something.
That's an unbeatable pose. It's sort of mid-way between landing and taking off. Then again, that's like arguing whether it's sunset or sunrise in a portrait.

The pose got goofy on me. I couldn't decide what to do with his long legs, so yes, he's in liftoff/touchdown mode right now.

It's such a lovely surprise to receive at morning! I kinda forgot about the event, but I'm so happy that the admins didn't... and that someone volunteered to make a gift for me

I could not quite decide what Lord Greyscale's pose should be. It really is a bit of running and flying - he just took off and is making a call to action!
