Classic Chinese dragon with head of a camel, ears of a cow, eyes of a rabbit, horns of a deer, scales of a carp, paws of a tiger and talons of a hawk.

The listed features make one think of an ugly creature.... But you combined ALL those things and made them into something beautiful.

What's interesting is that you can *see* all the features when you look at ancient Chinese paintings and sculptures of dragons. It's a matter of keeping all the different animal bits in mind and then adapting them into a seamless whole. This kind of creature is easier to balance than most; cockatrices, for example, are not nearly so easy.
