Everything looks great, all except the blood. If that could have been altered to look a little more realistic, for example remove the black outline and have the blood look a little faded, it'll look better. But this is just my opinion.

Actuslly the problem was his Face Texture is a little wacky So It was hard to find a place to put the blood in as for the blackenned areas Around It I actually didn't see that the first time around
