Looks badass... I like how the FFXIII girls are so tough, they only fall to their knees instead of all the way down when they run out of HP. Even when 'KOed' Light still looks like she could kick my butt XD

Mmm, I don't think that would be hard. Especially if you have the strongest armor and the strongest weapons (and you know what you're doing)I've beat Mass Effect on insanity alot of times and it's kinda easy with everything you have.
I'm more cautious with 2& especially 3(Grissom Academy is a pain on Insanity!!π)and your teammates just stand there and allow the enemy to kill you! I probably won't try it because of that level.

I always prefer to play for story, but I've played through insanity once, tried again twice and didn't feel like going through the hassle! haha. I usually play on hard or normal mode though. Normal mode if I'm just lazy about it. I love the series so much. ;~; Played the trilogy about 7 or 8 times! (I know, I'm slow. There are people who's played the trilogy like 20 times!) haha.

Yes, Mass Effect had to be the 2nd best RPG I've ever played. 1st would be Alpha Protocol. Yeah, I would put Alpha Protocol over Mass Effect.π. I beat Mass Effect about 7 or 8 times as well, and the more I play and read the books, the more I realize what's going on and why these different races act the way they do, and Shepard's teammates, which ones are really with him and which ones are not really his comrades and will turn on him depending on the situation.
There's alot to Mass Effect when you start to understand the messages in it.(Like the one with Jack. That's why I saw fit to either never recruit Jack or kill her off at the end of ME 2) the type of character I build Shepard to be throughout the game, Jack dying in 2 would of fit best.
Though my femshep Vanessa would've never recruited Jack in the first place.π

I'm always telling my friends that they can literally just play ME1 and skip to ME3. xD ME2 was just all bullshit! I hate Jack. >:l I really dislike her personality (as for Aria, I hate her personality too) But I LOVE Jack's character design, I always wanted to cosplay her because she looks so f'n cool!!
I've so many different Shepards, but... most of the time I played as Male Shep. I love Mark Vanderloo, though, Mark Meer is a total.... :/ well, douche.
Rana (Samara face model)... however. OMGSH, she is the sweetest person AALIVEEE. I have friends who are her drinking buddies and her friends. So, I get to see her sometimes. n_n She's so nice, and beautiful!

Hmm...Jack is mentally messed up, no that wasn't her fault, but she didn't try to make it any better either. Bioware didn't make Jack's story right because if you talk to her too much you'll just end up with a sex scene(or whatever that wasπ) and the scene itself just doesn't look right. She wants to think she survived on her own when really everybody keeps saying "But don't kill Jack!" So she only survives because they had to hold back on her. Something she didn't want to except.
Aria wants power and control(which she has).....yeah and that's it. It really isn't too much to Aria, except she acts kinda spoiled too.
The thing that confuses me is you said you love the series but you tell your friends to skip 2? And 2 is that bad? How? And if you really love the story of Mass Effect skipping 2 would be a dumb move. 2 is essential to the story just as much as 1&3, that's like watching Star Wars Episode 3 and skipping all the way to Return of the Jedi.

-Well I've never met those people in person so I'll take your word for it. But saying "she's the nicest person alive"(Rana) sooo, there's nobody in the WORLD nicer than her? Well in that case, she didn't voice such a nice character. As a matter of fact, Samara is like how you described Mark Meer.π

I never said I skipped the 2nd game. haha, I'm just saying it's more a filler! I love all 3 games! I love the trilogy toooooo much. I MEANT that story wise, Bioware didn't include much from ME2 in ME3. It's almost as if you can just play ME1 and go straight to ME3 and understand the entire trilogy. ME2 is more a filler game.

-What??? Okaaay, hold on....If you skip too 3, you will miss ALOT. Oh man here we go....Mass Effect 2 gets deeper in the conflict with the Krogan, and Mordin's struggle with himself on the choices him and the salrians(Turians as well)made with the Krogan. I also like how I can have Shepard argue with Mordin using good points, and you see Mordin gradually change throughout that time period and in ME3 is where Mordin admits he made a mistake. And it bothered him that whole segment with the Krogan, then there was Grunt and that whole segment on 2 when he was in the tank.
Samara and the burden she carries when it came to being a justicar(sorry, forget I said she's conceited, no, that's the price of being a Justicar) and the conflict with her daughters carries from 2 to 3, nobody will know why the Illusive Man is trying to kill(or stop) Shepard, or even know who Illusive Man is. And why his goals changed from destroying the reapers to trying to control them.
Lol.π You missed ALOT. When someone says filler, it's like in anime, it's not needed or unnecessary. ME2 is very necessary. Or you weren't paying attention. And if anything is filler that would be the books, you really don't need to read those, it's not necessary.
I try not to make this long but that's how my brain works. I always use my head.π
