I spent a great deal of time on this and still unhappy with the skin. Her face seems flat (not Flavia's.. I mean my painting of it) and I gave up trying to make it look better. But I hope Flavia is happy.
I changed her right hand to make it appear more relaxed, but had a hard time drawing that.
I also had a hard time drawing the feet, so they've been covered up with flowers.

Yes, it looks longer, I agree because the elbow is supposed to be bent some and that hand coming forward, which would make that lower arm appear shorter... due to perception. But I didn't get it quite right.

Wow.. .@_@ The Tree.... I absolutely love how the tree is done! Do you have a tutorial about that? I just can not shade trees like that.

Thank you. That tree was done in Corel Painter. I love the artists oil brushes there.
Then I topped it off with some small scatter brushes with that light purple color.

Congratulations on the DD - I particularly liked this one too, but unfortunately every one of my DD suggestions have been totally ignored, so I stopped trying a while back! (I actually feel quite rejected over it!!!)
