This is fantastic, I love the little guy with the blonde hair, he's so cute. The colouring is just perfect too. As far as crits go I agree that the house should be darker, almost black, or at least the same colour as the darkest shade of the hill. Keep the shading details on it though, they look awesome. The clouds would look fine if you lightened them and added some shading, they look a little like blobs of ink at the moment. I like the background otherwise. (I always do mine at the last minute too. ;3)

ok, the characters are perfect, they look REALLY good. But I'm having a biff with the background. I agree with IqM about the house and also think that the clouds don't really seem to fit the characters. Basically it looks like you put your heart into the characters then threw them on a bit of a half arsed background.

only thing that looks a little off is the house on the hill, it just seems a little bright which makes it pop out alot, there is one or two ways to fix this make it darker but that might make it blend into the back ground, or put like a moon behind it that way it looks like its glowing all spooky like. but awesome to the max still. i love it and shall fav it.
