I really, really, really enjoy this. It's really very intimate, either way you want to take it. You've executed it beautifully.
Also, this reminds me of a fanfiction I read once-- and oh I am sure there are DOZENS TO A HUNDRED involving Cas and Dean and his wings-- and it just about ended me. Dean touched them gently for the first time, and Cas had the SAME EXACT REACTION you have drawn here. And then he said, "No one... not ever..." SORRY I HAD TO BE A SAP THERE.
