I made some slight edits, to hide a part of the hoop that was sitting wrong at the bottom - sorry if it's super obvious... I don't know how to photoshop "orz LOL

Haha it wasn't super comfy in real life though haha! Vanellope's dress has a lot more volume, but I made mine for a convention so intentionally made it a bit smaller. But Vanellope herself says that's not really "her" and goes back to her skirt and jumper XD
