I really love the Stitch! Anime and I especially adore Dark, though his/her potential was just as wasted as Leroy's. And since the only episode truly including him/her was the series finale, I am once again extremly dissappointed to never see him/her again.Also, he/she is a girl in the Japanese Dub and a boy in the Englisch Dub, which I find hilarious and makes me regard him/her as the first androgynous Disney character I know off! (Though to be honest, before I saw the englisch episode I as well thought that Dark was female)

I love the coloring and the digital effect, IDK what film this is from but I'm pretty sure L&S so i won't say much since I'm not a huge fan of it but I love how its cold colors and they makes the nose attract to the face since its a bright pink and i also like the cute expression :3 And your line-work is reallyyyy Good! Id put it in my favorites when I make my disney folder! Its great i give it a 8/10 My flaws are that it could've been a bit more original for the body.

I really like Dark End, and, yes, I also think her potential was wasted, in the episode they even show glimpses of her not liking Delia and saying they just created Stitch and her to obey orders and that they don't actually care about them, this would have been so interesting but it's barely developed and she never appears again

No. It is not from Jamba. It is from Delia & Hamsterviel. It is basically Leroy, though with altered apperance and far greater powers. Watch Season 3 second last and last episode of Stitch! Anime so you understand.

It seems that experiment has two sides of a gender it appears that the Japanese version was a female but in the English version it appears to be a male.

Yes. The English Dub (so German Dub, Italian Dub etc. as well) have him male. (It is very apparent in the German version, where he almost sounds like a scratchier version of Reuben.)
Only the Japanese Dub has him female.

Like I said, in the Japanse dub, dark end is a she. (As far as I know. If you have evidence that suggests otherwise, please let me know)

I am aware of this article. But The Japanese Dub is different and refers to Dark as a girl.

The wiki only refers to the englisch dub. The japanese original with japanese voice acting refers to Dark End as a she. It is not that hard to understand.
And to me, he is male with an androgynous touch.

I think Dark End has an exceptional design. Most experiments, but those from 620 onwards, are all very wacky and at times just silly.
