There's no need for the entire population to be transported, just a couple thousand should be enough which I'm sure could be made into a space program. Besides I'm sure a low amount would have better chances of survival on boobs since it would increase the odds of adaptation to a boob-planet environment  
And after that, of course. The planet would be gone, it wouldn't deserve to exist near a cosmic goddess
